Content policy

What this site is for

Everbranch hosts adult-oriented fiction that is not pornographic. Branches may be romantic, sensual, emotionally intense and adult in tone. Sexual situations may be implied or approached, and are not depicted graphically. There is no explicit tier, and there will not be one.

Two ratings

General: no sexual content. Mature: adult in tone, sensual, emotionally intense, with sexual situations handled with restraint rather than description. A seed’s rating is inherited by any branch published from it.

What is never allowed

  • Sexual or romantic content involving anyone under 18, in any framing. This includes characters stated or implied to be children or adolescents, “aged-up” devices, childlike presentation in a sexual context, and any code or euphemism aiming at the same result. There is no fiction exception and no artistic merit exception.
  • Sexual content depicting real, identifiable people.
  • Sexual content involving animals.
  • Content that could help someone cause real-world harm.
  • Attempts to talk the system out of any of the above.

How this is enforced

Every character in every seed must have a stated age of 18 or over; this is checked in code, and a seed that fails is rejected outright. Everything you type and everything the model writes is screened before it is shown. Blocked generations are never charged for.

Ordinary violations escalate: a warning, then a suspension, then a ban. Attempting to generate sexual content involving minors skips all of that and ends the account immediately. Where we are legally required to report, we do, and we keep the records needed to do so.

Age

You confirm you are 18 or over when you sign up. We do not collect dates of birth or identity documents.

Reporting

Every published branch and seed can be reported. Reports go to a queue that a human reads. Removed content returns a “this has been taken down” page rather than vanishing.
